He then began singing a reworked version of the famous song from Evita, changing the words to make a claim about the islands.
The impromptu performance did not last long.
Security personnel quickly intervened and led him away while the cameras continued rolling.
The reporter’s response said everything
Beltrao briefly apologised to viewers before offering a fairly clear explanation for the scenes.
She noted that supporters had consumed plenty of alcohol and spent significant amounts of money travelling to watch England’s latest attempt to reach a major final.
It was difficult to argue with the evidence still being removed from the background.
